Data Acquisition in Geopak Select Series 4

I am trying to create a TIN from contours from a shape file. Data Acquisition was available in Geopak Select Series 2 to create a surface from the contours. Now Data Acquisition is not available in Select Series 4. Could you please point me to the equivalent Data Acquisition tool to create a surface from contours in a shape file using Geopak Select Series 4?
