Superelevation

A coworker of mine has a superelevation element that is filled in with color (when the view property Fill is on) and otherwise shows transition areas with transverse lines. It's not just on his computer. If I attach his file to mine, I am seeing the color.

On the other hand, I've done superelevation elements for several alignments on my computer and I get neither.

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? I know it's probably super simple but I've compared our elements and everything seems to be in order.

Using Geopak SS4 .872.

Edit: Additionally, my superelevation elements are not showing up when I attach the superelevation file to my corridor file. All the levels are set to on, and they're listed in Civil Data, but they're not shown and I can't click them to attach them to the corridor. I see now that as I attached the alignment file to the superelevation file, it was translated, which shouldn't have happened, and now I have to either redo this for several alignments or figure out some other workaround.
