I may have asked it before, but I'm not finding it.
I have a stretch of roadway where a curbed median appears and disappears. The profile grade has been determined to run along the gutter line besides the curb, and morph up to meet at the center of roadway when there is no median. (Yes, I know, it's funky - mine not to question why)
I need to label my profile grade lines on my cross sections. And I am at a loss how to accomplish this.
Someone already went through and annotated the center elevation, but that's not the profile grade.
I would think it has something to do with the features of the proposed surface, but when I go to Annotate Cross Section, there are no features listed for that surface. Not sure what that means or what I'm missing. I suppose I could label the elevation on every break point of the surface, but that's a LOT of deleting unwanted labels when I only want one (or two).
Am I on the right track? Am I overlooking a setting or something? If my features aren't in my cross section (to be labeled) how would I get them there? I don't need to show anything except the text.
All the time and training on templates and Roadway designer hasn't really helped my plans production capability...
Thank you.
