ORD Alignment Feature Symbology not working properly
Hi all, I am getting Following Error while Importing GENIO File. Thanks in Advance.
MXROAD SS4 intersecting point information
When I use the interecting strings function of the point information tool on two master strings it gives me the x,y,z,chainage etc of both of the master strings. When a colleague does the same it brings a box up headed "concurrent string selection", once he's picked the strings it only gives xy info. Is there a setting somewhere that can be changed to get the full information of the master strings?
Thanks Steve
Geo coordinate Custom projection library Not Showing
Dear All,
I want to export horizontal alignment to Google earth. I have copied the custom GDM.dty (for Selangor, Malaysia) file in C:\ProgramData\Bentley\MX V8i\WorkSpace\Standards\datain then added to MS_GEOCOORDINATE_USERLIBRARIES (UCF) in workspace menu. After that I restarted my MX road_SS-2
But iam not getting the drop down (sub options) to select the Coordinate system. Requesting you to please suggest me some solution to resolve this issue.
Thanks in Advance
How to Add or follow super elevation to Civil Cell with Turn Lane
I created a civil cell with turning lane. I added the civil cell to the corridor which has a super elevation. When I created a cross section of the corridor, the widen\turning section of the civil cells doesn't follow the super elevation of the corridor. My super elevation goes from 2% to 2.5% but my widen/turning lane elevation is -2%. I know that I can use Civil Model to add slope to the civil cells turning lane, but the slope stays the same through out (which I don't want). Is there a way I can make my turning lane of the civil cell follow the elevation/slope of the adjacent lane?
Thank You

ORD - Volumes - Fill Components with voids
Hi all,
I have been tying to generate volumes using Named Boundaries in ORD and keep getting voids in my fill components as shown below. I am just using the standard workflow as posted on here recently, but am concerned i'm not getting correct volumes as a result.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have also attached the DGN if anyone wants to have a look.

ORD - Cross Section Export to Subs using SS2
Hi,
Is there a workflow to create cross sections that are static in a dgn so that I can send to someone still using SS2? I don't think merge to master will work.
Thanks
ORD - Quick Terrain From Corridor
Is there a workflow to create a terrain from a corridor without having to select each element of the corridor?
Thanks
[OR] Template display rules: bug when mirroring absolute horizontal
In a template, I have a display rule that resolves to true when the absolute horizontal difference is greater than 1. When I mirror the template, the rule resolves to true when the absolute horizontal difference is less than 1.
Whereas the unmirrored display rule may sometimes resolve to true, the mirrored one will never be true.
ORD Contour Text Orientation and how to remove the m in the Contour Text
It maybe my eye sight, but when using OpenRoads Designer Connect Edition 1

Try to create a Station-offset table but the station is different from the Base-line
Hi -
I am working on a Highway project and need to create a Station-offset table. Somehow the station and offset are different from the Base-line. Because there are more than one alignments for different roads (service roads), it works correctly for all the service road I have tried but just are not right for the main line Base-line.
I am wondering what is wrong with our Main Line base-line?
Thanks so much for your help!

How can I eliminate this error: "Circular Dependency Detected in Key Station Creation"?
I cannot even imagine how placing a Key Station can create a Circular Dependency, but that's what is happening on my model.
I'm using two point controls - both H&V controls, one using a corridor point and one using a linear geometry. All I am trying to do is to add a few template drops where the control elements have tight radii to reduce the gaps in the components where the corridor is creating chord elements.

The above video shows how to add 1 ditch profile for a corridor, is there a similar way to add multiple ditch profiles?
