I've been trying to apply surface templates to terrains that I have created from elements in my dgn. After following the application process, the templates do not show to be applied in the model. Looking at the template application to the terrain model in Project Explorer, it shows that a template has been dropped- but all other details are not there. (as you can see in the image below). I am unsure what it is that is preventing the template drop.
