SUDA Bug - Geometry rules are lost after making a utility line

See attached video.

1. Create Geometry which includes snap rules.  In the video it is simply two lines with the end snapped.  But the same is true for all geometry snap rules.
2. The geometry behaves correctly as pure geometry
3. Now make a utility conduit from the geometry.
4. The snap rules are either lost or ignored, because editing the geometry after creation of the conduit does not update the second line which depends on the snap rule.
5. Workaround is very difficult because the manipulators are also lost at the ends of the line.  The only known workaround is to open the geometry in element information panel and copy/paste XY coordinates to the ends of the second line.
