I am in the prelim stage of a project and am just trying to get familiar with creating a civil cell.
Attached is one of the files I am working with, it is very basic but I am hoping to build the cell up to what we need. The individual elements seem to "heal" with every movement that I have tested which in my mind shows that the elements are constrained to the reference alignments. However, when I try to create the cell, none of the constraints are recognized with the selection. The civil cell creates but with no dependent elements. What have I missed along the way that could cause this problem?
