OR set corridor limits for processing

In InRoads V8.7 to SS2 there was an option to set corridor limits from station to station. That was very usefull when working in details on small section of corridor. It saved a lot of time then. Corridor could be defined on its total length with all template drops, point controls, parametric constraints, superelev. etc. but with limits set only station within limit were processed. Additionaly in there was an option to process only the stations visible in plan view of Roadway Designer.

With OpenRoads we need to process corridor on its total length all the time. I understand reasons for that as 3D graphic is produced on the fly and not in "Create surface" process  as in SS2. I understand that setting limits for corridor stations could affect other elements rulled by this corridor. So I guess it is not desired that coridor is not created beyond limits. However It could just remain unprocessed on that stations.

For now most of the time I work with unlocked corridor processing, then I close this padlock to see the results. With no live preview (like we had in Roadway Designer). It is almost like working with v8 2004 version of software. I would really like to aviod reprocessing my 5km long corridor to see how parametric constraint work on the length o 2 meters.

what are your thoughts here.

Thanks.

Adam
