Your observations are exactly what is hapenning to me. The difference is that I have been using SS3 for about a year and this is the first it has acted this way. I have recently been using Civil Tools instead of standard Geopak tools in order to catch up with my colligues doing work for NCDOT using Corridor Modeling. I wonder if my inexperience with using the corridor tools has reset a configuration variable that contols the snap funtionality? I have had other SS2 users in the office work in the same DGN files and the tenative funtions normally for them. Thank you for your contribution to this discussion.
