I recommend taking the Building Templates class session. It will cover the basics of End Condition components.

2. Road Design - Advanced using SELECTseries 2 Software

I recommend taking the first three courses in learning path: Building Templates - Advanced, End Conditions, and Display Rules. These courses will cover some of the more advanced settings that I think you need.

You should have a much better understanding of how templates and End Condition components work after taking the above training.
