We have had two different users from two different districts here have this same issue with their Topsoil Terrain Model files. They have both processed their existing terrain and topsoil piles with their field books. They both have then set out to calculate the volumes in these topsoil piles using the Analyze Volumes tool under the Terrain Model task group. They go along getting their volumes and then something happens within the files and they get the following message. The error message pops up after the file has loaded to only 20%.
If they click on the Yes toggle it allows the file to open but they can no longer calculate the volumes. If they click on the No toggle it blows out of the file completely. I have tried everything that I know to correct the issue and have failed at all attempts except to clear out the whole file of the visualized data and the field books. This is really not a great solution since one of their files contained around 60 piles. I thought maybe that might be a cause of a possible memory leak but the other user incurred the same issue with a file that only has 7 topsoil piles.
Has any one else experienced this or a similar issue?
