RE: Previously created Civil Cells not supported in ORD

Joe, we are working on the code to upgrade the Civil Cells. No firm date yet has been set but hopefully soon. As for any SS3 Civil Cells, those would be required to be opened in SS4 first as ORD will only convert SS4 versions once we release this new functionality.
