Measuring points along an alignment in open road

I need to inert points at every 100m/60m along my alignment. Also i require coordinates of these points..

I mean if have an alignment of 10km  and i have a bridge location from chainage 2.5km to 3.5km  with piers at every 100m  & one more bridge from 7.5km to 8.5km  with piers at 60m interval.I need to show these pier locations on my alignment and get  coordinates of them as well.  How do i do both in same file.Is there some way?
