Go to PowerCivil Tools > Application Add-ins, and turn on the 'Variable Manager Add-in'. (If it is not already on).
Then select PowerCivil Tools > Variable Manager, and turn on the option 'Geometry - Annotate Parabola's K value Multiplied by 100'.
This will then change the K value option in the curve dialog to 'Radius'. (I am a MX user, but was shown this, which seems to give you what you need.)
