ROW lines in Inroads cross sections

Hi everyone.

First of all I want to show Existing ROW boundary in a cross section. I followed

However, I couldn't find Export geometry option, My inroads doesn't have a export geometry option. So I took the long way. Created Existing ROW Boundary surface line using 10mm straight line template from ROW boundary alignment. Reason to do that is , because import surface doesn't create single feature from the ROW boundary line. You can imagine all the hassle. Then I included that surface on to my cross section. Now problem is, my style for ROW boundary surface is to use a cell for cross section point. that cell is plotting in 1:1000 scale whereas my cross section is 1:200 or 1:100 sometimes. How can I control the size of the cell to get reduced according to cross section scale. The cell was pre existing. So I really don't know the feature of the cell.
