Extra Breaks in Cross Sections

I created a set of cross sections and for some reason it is creating extra breaks along the surface. I only need the PG, Edge of Lane, Edge of Shoulder, and Cut/Fill break. Any idea of why this is happening?

I'm using Inroads SelectSeries 2 V08.11.07.536
