I shall try to address the questions and deal with the associated speculation

1- Will OpenRoads Designer replace MXRoad?
Answer - OpenRoads Designer is the successor to MX, InRoads and Geopak, so yes
2 - Currently renewal stated OpenRoads Designer rather than mxroad or inroad.. does it mean we have to remove MXRoad and install this OpenRoads designer and start from beginner to learn?
Answer - No. The OpenRoads Designer licencing includes entitlement for the previous products as well as OpenRoads Designer, so you still have all the old product capability available as well and this approach gives you the ability to deal with existing projects and draw down on the new capability with OpenRoads Designer when it suits you and as you undertake training.
3 - Can I keep the OLD MXROAD V8i SS4 even though I paid Select subscription for OpenRoads designer?
Answer - Absolutely Yes. This is the same deal as 3 in that the OpenRoads Designer licencing includes entitlement for the previous products as well as OpenRoads Designer,
4 - How the licenses works? do I get charged for over usage if i use MXRoad and OpenRoads designer in same time?
Answer - Not on the same node / machine
5 - When they will force OpenRoads designer to took over MXROAD?
Answer - Again this ties with 3 in that the OpenRoads Designer licencing includes entitlement for the previous products (ie MXRoad) as well as OpenRoads Designer. We will continue to support MXRoad but will no longer be actively developing it since focus is towards the new product line OpenRoads Designer.

In response to the comments over Linemode. This is a function of MX that is only appropriate to MX workflows so will not be available in OpenRoads Designer which affords other capability and benefits over those provided by Linemode. You still have this capability as a result of the Licensing already discussed so can always import the geometry from the legacy product.

Ian
