RE: OpenRoads Survey Annotation Scale

I would check the working units of the cell to make sure they are the same as you current file. I would also check to see if there is a scale being applied to the Point Symbology in the CB Named Symbology. I would also check what your Survey Options are set to. You should be able to check that by opening the InRoads Explorer Window and under Tools -> Survey Options. There may be a scale factor set there as well.
