[OR] Open Gaps in Corridors or Linear Templates

is there a way to open a gap in Corridors or Linear Templates?

I am working on a parking lot an the Linear template approach makes better looking curbs, but there is a section where the curb needs to stop and start so another road can tie in where the gap is. But I may find myself falling back and using a Corridor so may need if I can do this with either workflow.
