[IR/OR] How do you free an alignment saved in a Native ALG file, within Project Wise when the user it is "Out To" no longer exists?

I have a Geometry Project in Project Wise with an alignment that is marked as Out to ... for an employee no longer working here. What are the steps needed to free this alignment. Bear in mind, I am not a Project Wise Administrator, so I need directions to pass along to one of them.

We are now using the Geometry: Alternative Workflow with Project Wise setting from the Variable Manager.
