Thank you for posting your question in Bentley Communities.
You can edit your profile in MXRoad but you need to redesign you corridor model which includes Carriageway, shoulders, kerbs and verges as this will not update automatically. If you have used Quick vertical profile then reopen it in your MXRoad by using same command Design > Quick Alignment > Vertical Profile, you can edit it.
