Labeling Features in Cross sections

I created cross sections of an existing surface and brought in the edge of pavement and traveled way as features. I was able to annotate offsets and elevations of these features from centerline. I tried labeling the slopes between these features by checking the Include Segments under annotation, but was not successful. Is it possible to label the slopes between these features?

Also, can Inroads provide a report of the data?
