RE: Horizontal Geometry - Copy Element w/o Rules

I appreciate you sending your dataset over, I have tested it and I do not receive a crash. I'm running Power InRoads 08.11.09.872 with our delivered workspace (User: examples; Project: Bentley-Civil-Imperial; Interface: Bentley-Civil).

Could you test with the above if they differ from your installation and options.
