SUDA Bug - when place a node on a conduit with split, the trench is turned off

See attached video which shows:

1. A utility line exists and is modeled with a trench
2. Add a node using the method "By Conduit With Split"
3. After the node is placed, the trench has been turned off and must be reset.
4. Workaround: workaround is pretty simple UNLESS there have been edits made to the trench. These edits must be redone after turning the trench property back on.
