Crash When Changing Transition Offset Rule

Hi all,

I am having the following issue:

After I offset an element using the Simple Offset Entire Element tool and try to change the Transition Offset Rule for Start Distance or End Distance, MicroStation crashes.

Anybody have any ideas of what is causing this to crash?
