My accudraw settings have changed and I do not know how to change it back?

I hit F11, which I now see runs "vba run AnalyzeTerrainModelPoint". This changed my cursor and also turned off a feature of my accudraw which I use all the time. So now, I do not have the blue box around my tentative point or where I start drawing a line, which I use to set origin, smart lock, etc. My accudraw is turned on, and I have the tool box that goes with it which shows my X & Y, but just missing the blue box.

I've messed with all the accudraw settings and haven't been able to fix it. Any help is appreciated!
