When using Microstation 8.11.09.832 with GeoPaK we get the attached error messages. I have been trying to call the hotline for technical help as a fix is necessary immediately but I continue to get looped in a hold queue for hours. Yesterday I was sent to the same voicemail 3 times but as soon as I spoke it disconnected the call.
Any help you can provide would be welcomed.
