Hello,
I created a new file which references my alignments to use for superelevation design. Let's call this the superelevation file. I created the section and lanes and ran the Calculate Superelevation tool to build the transitions automatically. However, I had to make edits and manually changed quite a few of the stations and cross slope values. I then saved the file and referenced it into a Corridor file where i built the corridor and assigned the superelevation to the template.
Everything was working fine... however, now a week or so later I was checking some cross sections and realized that the lane cross slopes were not correct. I went back into my super elevation file and see that all of the stationing and lanes are incorrect...it seems to have reverted back to what was automatically created from the Calculate Superelevation tool. All of my manual changes were lost.
I am unsure how this happened because I was not working within the Superelevation file...only the corridor file had referenced it. Does the Process Corridor command automatically rebuild the superelevations? What even happened to my manual changes? I think I can find an older version of the superelevation file but want to lock it or something so this doesn't happen again.
Thanks for your help
