I am following learning path 

OpenRoads Designer Workspace Setup

but ran into "export" issue in lecture 2 step 4. Following the video, FDIE.txt file was created and saved in the designated workspace. The import works fine but the export seems not working but stop with a popup window. Please see the screenshots below. Since this step did not go through, I cannot go to the next step. I asked our network admin. He already give me admin rights in this computer. Any help is really appreciated.
