I'm using InRoads ss4 Storm Sanitary and the old methods of showing pipe crossings don't seem to be working correctly. Do I need to migrate to the OpenRoads workflow/elements to do this?

I'm using InRoads SS4 Storm Sanitary doing drainage design. When I profile my drainage network I create a horizontal alignment based on the drainage alignment. I then open the SDB file containing the existing or proposed sanitary sewer and am attempting to plot the crossings on the storm profiles I had just generated. The information does not plot correctly on the profiles (appears as projected rather than crossing) or doesn't plot at all. Do I need to migrate this to Open Roads workflow?
