I am thinking of using the Role option of the workspaces to help pare down the loaded libraries. For example:
- Survey User - Survey only content when available
- Civil Base - Only content needed for corridor and alignment modeling
- Civil Utilities - Base plus utilities
- Civil Airport - base plus airport
Not much documentation on Role option of workspace. Enough to know it is available. Do you have anything that can point me in the right direction.
Note:
- Workspace = state
- WorkSet=Job in that state

Role
Some organizations might want to override or augment standards such as level libraries, cell libraries, or other resources based on a particular user's role within the organization. A Configuration File based on the Role can optionally be provided by the administrator.
As an administrator how am I supposed to figure out the Role option if the above is all I can find?
