InRoads SS4 - inlet tops upside down and rotated

I am having some problems with placing inlets in inroads SS4 (08.11.09.854).  To the right of the baseline the inlet comes in correctly.  However when i place an inlet to the left of the baseline the top is upside down and rotates.  Has anyone else seen this?  How do i fix it?
