RE: Plan Annotation

Can you right click on "Plan" in the left side panel, and select "Show Hidden Items", to check, you will find the transition option. Also, for the table  to be at the center of the curve, select the "Curve Detail Box" and you find the find "Position on Element", select "Middle". Check if these work.
