OpenRoads ConceptStation - Export disabled

Hi,

I'm testing OpenRoads ConceptStation CONNECT Edition in trial mode, version 10.00.02.17.

When I attempted to export the information to OpenRoads data (alg, itl, ird, rwk), the command "Export" was disabled.

I've tried with other files with the same result. However, a colleague of mine does not have that problem.

Is there any software configuration or other issue that can result in this effect?
