Thank you for your question. It brought up an issue and it is actually a mistake on our part. While setting up the delivered files, we forgot to delete the text styles out of the feature definition dgnlib. This will be corrected for the next release.
Let me explain, when you are setting up your feature definition dgnlib, if you select a text style, it automatically copies it onto the feature definition dgnlib creating a duplicate. It is safe and a good practice to go ahead and delete the text styles out of the feature definition dgnlib when you are done because it is already in the text styles dgnlib and you don't need it in both places.
There is no harm having the duplicates but it is just a little confusing.
This is where the green check mark comes into play, it is telling you that it also matches the library (hover your mouse over and see the message).
