InRoads SS2 - copy template from the .ird to the .tml

My template library recently got updated. Many templates were removed from the .tml file. They still reside in the .ird file. Is there a way to copy them back to the .tml file?

Thanks, I use ProjectWise and finding an older version may be difficult to recover
