I'm assuming that countless out of memory crashes and access violations don't count. Neither are the MANY filed as defects that have never been addressed. Given that ORD will not import SS4 files, we are basically stuck using SS4 until you get around to supporting prior version data. Based on your current track record that will take at least 6 months; more likely a year or more.
