I have some files created by others that used unnamed Civil Geometry. There is one complex element that once I assigned a Feature to it with a name, I found it had a profile of a single line segment. I tried to Complex it, but it will not - when there is no second element it just does nothing.
How can I assign a name to a profile element that is a single line segment?
