InRoads features

I am fairly new to Inroads but have worked in Geopak for years. In Goepak there is a tool in the D&C Manager called "Place Influence" that allows you to select an item in the D&C Manager and have it's attributes (level, color, line type & line weight) applied as current. 

Is there a tool like that in IR? If so, where is it and how do I use it?
