[OR] CR - Corridor objects parametric constraints, point controls: when caret is in the constraint label, using scroll wheel should not affect the constraint label

When the system caret is in the Constraint Label field and when the caret is in the Enabled (true/false) field, using the scroll wheel changes the contents of whichever field. The same behavior 

I shouldn't have to say this should not happen. 

I don't know what versions are affected by this other than Power Geopak .878.
