The solution is same for InRoads and GEOPAK, but I think Nico must have misread the question. You control these graphics in the Survey settings. Go to Project explorer > civil standards tab. Drill down into Project Settings > Survey. Check the properties of your survey settings. Configure an element template for the entries below. If these are blank then the active level and symbology are used. (I think)
