Without have to create and use civil cells all the time. I find some instances it would be faster to just establish a centerline for a side road with a profile. Usually my profiles have vertical curves. I then use the horizontal single offset command to set my edge of pavements. To project the centerline profile cross slope I will use the Profile Slope or Profile Variable Slope (ALL POINTS). When I look at the vertical profile of the edge of pavement it appears it only picks up the verticies of the profile and not the smooth vertical curves. If I apply a corridor template, I can control the intervals through the corridor and get the smoother profile for the finished surface. Is there a way to get this precision with the Profile commands so I can then build my own terrain model and apply a 3D template.
