OK, you might be able to use a station offset/station base report, a Clearance Report. Event points or COGO Points might also allow you to achieve what you are after.
Also, with the SO= key-in, you can specify not just a station, offset and elevation, but you can include an alignment name and even a geometry project. With this approach, you could create event points locating them by station and offset from a second alignment.
Lastly, there are the Drafting tools, Place Plan Note can label points at a station and offset from any alignment.

RE: I have two alignments (somewhat parallel). I need to be able to input the stations from one and get the equivalent station and offset of the other. I think I have done this before But have no memory of how I did it. Help?
