And Version number needs to be in this format: 08.xx.xx.xxx, too.
There have been multiple releases under the Ss2 banner of both MicroStation and the various (3) Civil Products.
To answer the question properly requires these specifics.
Not trying to be a pain - it's just the reality of Bentley Civil products.
