Subsurface Utilities Feature Definitions

Hi All,

I have 2 questions:

1. How to activate Feature Definitions?
2. How can I define feature definitions for nodes and links to be MDSHA's standard nodes and links? 

Regarding to question 1, I have watched the video show on how to define the feature definition. My problem is that iit is grayed out (see screenshot above). So, I cannot do anything if it is not activated. How can I activate it?

As for questions 2, I have MDSHA's standard graphics for drainage nodes and links. Is there a way to define feature definitions (assume question 1 resolved) of Subsurface Utilities nodes and links the same as MDSHA's?
