Sorry Derek, I don't have any initial thoughts. Are both of the parents part of a complex chain or just the one you cannot select? I was going to take a look at the files but the files are no longer on the secure ShareFile site. The purge after 7 days. If you can upload it again I will take a look and see if I can find anything specific with those elements.
