Is this the only cross section, or simply the only one affected?
If this is the only cross section you're cutting with this iteration, have a look at your 3d model. Make sure all you want to show up in the cross sections shows up there as well. It may be that everything is attached properly but the corridor model is currently set to a stage that develops only the linear elements, not the components.
