What happens when you select one of the XSL Style sheets?

The report tools generate an XML file - as you can see in your image. When you select a style sheet, it attempts to transform the XML file into an HTML file and displays it. The style sheet must be written for the XML data for it to be successful. So selecting a Station Offset stylesheet with Geometry XML data will not work.
A right click on a stylesheet should open a menu and the top item can display a help explanation, if the stylesheet contains the help information.
