Yes, I am referring to the Browser options you show above. He only has the File and Links. He sent me a screen shot but I can't get it to paste here. He uninstalled and reinstalled both MicroStation and Geopak on Thursday. He now can't get Geopak to launch at all. He doesn't have any Civil tools showing on his task bar nor does the Applications show up anywhere. He is launching it using the Civil Suite icon. Currently he is running GEOPAK 081109878 and MicroStation 081109832.
When it was first installed, I was helping him get it set up. Most of the config variable for Civil, GEOPAK or GPK are showing up either. I haven't tried adding them but that might be my next move.
