Generally anything that is displayed in the 3D model should show up in the temporary cross section view and the cross section model when you cut sections. What is this element that is displaying (suda link, terrain feature, 3D linear element, etc.)?
When the cross section model is created, is the level generated which the element should display on? For example, if the element should be on level 'EXISTING_PIPE', does that level appear to be created and used in the cross section model?
